Full title: "Practice Tips & Ethics for the Probate Practitioner." This seminar will include a discussion of local rules, including “unwritten rules”, new laws, common mistakes and how to avoid them, and underutilized, but effective, tools and techniques. It will cover ethical issues for probate practitioners, including competent and delinquent representation, communication, confidentiality, conflicts of interest, and declining and/or terminating representation.
CLE: 1.5 hours MCLE credit, 1.5 ethics credit.
